Zoom Models 5241 and 5341 Cable Modems Are Approved For Your Cable Modem Service.

Both the Zoom Model 5241 and the Model 5341 work with all cable modem services in the US and most other countries. They have been certified by CableLabs, the cable service providers’ primary test lab. This is the only certification required by most U.S. cable services, including Time Warner, Road Runner, and hundreds of others.

Comcast and Cox also have their own special tests, and both the Model 5241 and the Model 5341 have passed these tests too. To see Zoom's cable modems on one of these approval lists, please click on the appropriate logo and follow the simple instructions.

	Under Vendor, find Zoom. Then under Model, find either 5341 or 5241. The 5341 is near the top of the list, the 5241 is down further in the list.
	Under Brand, find Zoom. Then note that both the Model 5241 and the Model 5341 are listed.
